The 38th parallel is the line to separate the Korea's in 1948
The relationship between  North and South Korea is they hate each other. South Korea's government reflects america and North Korea has a dictator ship. South is free and have choices but in the North Kim Jong-il makes your decisions.
South Korea has the 4th biggest government in the world.
The big city in North Korea is Pyongyang
You can visit north Korea but your very limited on places you go and they monitor everything that they do.

Democratic People’s Republic of Korea

Kim Jong il, In 2009 he was named the supreme leader. He has ruled since 7.  Their family name is Kim. He is a communist. He is a dictator. Has nuclear weapon in his disposal.

North Korea has a surprise invasion on South Korea on June 25, 1990. North Korean invaders seized Seoul. America and Soviet Union won World War II. President Bush described North Korea as part of an “axis of evil.” The Korean War was a proxy. It was really a war against America and the Soviet Union. The Korean War is also a cold war.
